Ragentor will use commercially reasonable efforts to block or remove offensive or inappropriate Content discovered by or reported to Ragentor. However, Ragentor cannot and will not review all Content, and you understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that you find to be offensive. By submitting Content via the Service and until such Content is removed, you grant Ragentor a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Any Content or other information, materials or ideas transmitted by you to Ragentor may be disseminated or used by Ragentor for any purpose without compensation or liability, including without limitation in developing, manufacturing, marketing and selling products and services, subject to Content and certain other information provided by you that is covered by Ragentor' s privacy policy.

Conduct
You agree that you shall not, and you shall not permit others using your account, if any, to: (a) upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy (including without limitation any personal information except with written consent of the owner of such personal information), hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (b) harm minors in any way; (c) impersonate any person or entity, including without limitation any Ragentor personnel, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (d) upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship; (e) upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, rights of privacy or publicity, or other proprietary rights of any party; (f) upload, post, or transmit unsolicited commercial email or "spam" or engage in any practice that is in any way connected with "spam"; (g) upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, limit the functionality of or monitor or persistently reside in or on any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; (h) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service; (i) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or any regulations having the force of law; (j) "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or (k) use the Service as a forwarding service to another website.
All services provided by Ragentor may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material that is threatening or obscene, material that is with "adult only" content, or material, protected by trade secrets and other statute.
Ragentor will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ragentor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that any Content uploaded, posted, transmitted or otherwise made available by you via the Service caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

License to software
By using Ragentor's services the user agrees that Ragentor may change the services provided at any time. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately on posting of the change to the service(s) on Ragentor's web site. The customer agrees to review Ragentor's web site, including these terms, periodically to be aware of any such revisions. If the customer does not agree with any revision, he/she may terminate the services at any time by notifying Ragentor by e-mail. Notice of the customer's termination will be effective on receipt and processing by Ragentor. The customer agrees that, by continuing to use Ragentor's services following notice of any revision to this Agreement or change in service(s), he/she abides by any such revisions or changes.

Subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms, Ragentor grants to you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable license solely to use a single copy of the software made available to you via the Service on a single computer for use by a single concurrent user only. ALL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN AND TO THE SOFTWARE ARE AND SHALL REMAIN IN RAGENTOR AND ITS LICENSORS. All rights not expressly licensed to you in these Terms are expressly reserved by Ragentor and its licensors. You agree to the following restrictions in connection with your use of the Software: (a) You are expressly prohibited from copying, modifying, merging, selling, leasing, redistributing, assigning, or transferring in any matter, the software or any portion thereof; (b) You may make a single copy of the Software provided to you only as required for backup purposes; (c) You are also expressly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, translating, disassembling, deciphering, decrypting, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the software; (d) You may not otherwise modify, alter, adapt, or merge the software; (e) You may not remove, alter, deface, overprint or otherwise obscure any patent, trademark, service mark, logo or copyright notices on the software; (f) You agree that the software will not be shipped, sent, transferred or exported into any other country, or used in any manner prohibited by any government agency or any export laws, restrictions or regulations; (g) You may not publish or distribute in any form of electronic or printed communication the materials within or otherwise related to the software, including but not limited to the object code, documentation and help files; (h) You may not use the software to violate the rights of others.

Responsibility for activities
You are fully and solely responsible for all your activities in connection with your access to or use of the Service and for all activities that occur under your account, if any, in connection with the Service. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of the Service, you agree to immediately notify Ragentor. Ragentor shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any loss or damage arising as a result of any of the foregoing activities, your failure to notify Ragentor as required in this section or any acts or omissions by any person who accesses or uses the Service.
You acknowledge that Ragentor may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service and may modify such practices and limits from time to time. Ragentor may, at any time and from time to time, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the Service with or without notice. Ragentor is under no obligation to preserve, provide access to or return to you any Content. You agree that Ragentor shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Traffic Guidelines
Sites that go over their traffic limit will be charged additionally, in accordance with the characteristics of the plan purchased. In case of failure to cover the fees incurred by traffic overusage, Ragentor reserves the right to take corrective actions such as discontinuance of service, or termination of this agreement. In case Ragentor takes corrective actions under this provision, the customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid in advance. Ragentor will monitor the customer's disk usage and if it exceeds the usage agreed upon, Ragentor shall have the right to take corrective actions. Such corrective actions may include assessment of additional charges, discontinuance of service, or termination of this agreement.

Links
The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other websites or resources. Ragentor has no control over such sites and resources. Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that Ragentor is not responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that Ragentor shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such website or resource.

Account renewal policy
Ragentor does not renew accounts automatically. For the customer's convienience, Ragentor will send a renewal reminder to the contact email address on file for the corresponding hosting account. The customer is ultimately responsible for renewing the hosting account through one of the options given by Ragentor.

Termination
Ragentor reserves the right to terminate your access to and/or use of the Service and remove and discard any Content at any time for any reason, including without limitation any failure to comply with any part of these Terms. You agree that any termination of your access to or use of the Service may be effected without notice to you and that Ragentor shall be under no obligation to retain any Content, provide any further access to any Content or return any Content to you. You agree that Ragentor shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any such termination of the Service.

Refund policy
Ragentor offers an unconditional 5-day money-back guarantee on hosting services. If the customer wishes to cancel a hosting account within the initial 5-day period for any reason, he/she has to notify Ragentor via e-mail (info@ragentor.com), and the payment will be promptly refunded. Since all .com, .net, .org, .us, .biz and .info domains registered through our services cannot be refunded, they will be subject to a $20.00 annual domain registration fee. Therefore the domain registration fee will be deducted from the refund amount (the customer is the sole owner of the registered domain name). Ragentor does not offer any partial or prorated refunds after the initial 5-day money-back guarantee period. If a customer disputes a renewal charge for any account, Ragentor will not re-activate the service, unless the customer covers all fees involved. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.

Email communications
Email to and from Ragentor is automatically scanned for computer viruses and for unacceptable content.
Any email sent by Ragentor may contain information that is confidential and privileged. It is for the exclusive use of the addressee. If you are not the addressee please note that any distribution, copying or use of an email or the information in it is prohibited. If you receive an email communication in error, please notify us by reply.
Email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secured or error-free as information can be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete, or contain viruses. Ragentor and its employees therefore do not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the contents of any messages that arise as a result of email transmission.

SPAM or unsolicited mail
The customer may not use Ragentor's system (network), Ragentor's equipment or Ragentor's e-mail service in connection with the transmission of spam, flames, mail bombs, or similar unsolicited e-mail messages. The customer's domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary or reply-to address in any of the above. This prohibition fully extends to sending of unsolicited mailings from another service that in any way mentions your domain name or implicates the use of the Ragentor's network, Ragentor 's equipment or Ragentor's e-mail services. A message is considered unsolicited if it is posted in violation of a newsgroup charter, or if it is sent to a recipient without his/her prior consent. For purposes of this provision, merely making one's e-mail address accessible to the public will not constitute a request or invitation to receive messages. In case sufficient evidence is presented about any violation of this provision, Ragentor reserves the right to disable the customer's account without prior notice. For the purpose of acquiring such evidence, Ragentor will use various techniques, including but not limited to: closely inspecting all spam reports sent to Ragentor's anti-abuse department (abuse@ragentor.com), searching the logs of Ragentor's mail servers, and scanning the server space for popular "spamming" applications. Ragentor will be the sole arbiter as to what would be considered sufficient evidence.

Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly understand and agree that: (a) your use of the Service, Software and content is at your sole risk. The Service, Software and content is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RAGENTOR expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement; (b) Ragentor will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Service, however, Ragentor is not responsible for any damages, loss of data, content or information, revenue, goodwill or other harm to business arising out of delays, misdelivery or mondelivery of information, restriction or loss of access, bugs, viruses or other errors, unauthorized use, or other interaction with the Service. You are responsible for maintaining and backing-up your data and information that may reside on the Service. Ragentor does not warrant that (i) The Service, Software or content will meet your specific requirements, (ii) The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) The results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) Any errors in any Software used in connection with the Service will be corrected; (c) any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done solely at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data or content that results from the download of any such material; and (d) no advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained through or from the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

Limitation of liability
The customer agrees that Ragentor shall not be liable for any (1) suspension or loss of the Service, including, without limitation, domain name registration services and web hosting services, (2) use of the Service, including without limitation domain name registration services and web hosting services, (3) interruption of Ragentor's Service or interruption of the customer's business (4) access delays or access interruptions to Ragentor's web site or Service or delays or access interruptions the customer experiences in relation to the services offered by Ragentor; (5) loss or liability resulting from acts of or events beyond Ragentor's control (6) data non-delivery, mis-delivery, corruption, destruction or other modification; (7) loss or liability resulting from the unauthorized use or misuse of the customer's account; or (8) application of the dispute policies. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states, Ragentor's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Please read and review the following License Agreement before purchasing our Ragentor Software / Service. By using Ragentor, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use Ragentor and destroy all copies of Ragentor in your possession.

" By purchasing a single copy of (subscribing for) Ragentor, you get a license for Ragentor that permits you to use the system for one year period, a single domain (.com, .org, .net, etc.), hosting
" As a customer of Ragentor, you may not make modifications to the source code, under any circumstances, re-distribute or re-sell Ragentor's Software or any of its source or files related to Ragentor.
" You may not remove the "Powered by Ragentor" screen which shows the copyright information and credits for Ragentor or any indication of copyright throughout the site/source code.
" All customers must submit the URL where they plan to use each licence.
" Your website URL may be added to our client list to display on our website.
Privacy
If requested by Ragentor to provide information, such as in connection with a registration process, your use of the Service shall be conditioned upon providing such information, and in such event you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the Service's interface, and you agree to update such information as necessary from time to time to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
This policy sets out the basis on which your personal data will be processed by us.
